We engaged the services of Xxtreme Cleaning to thoroughly clean and restore an elderly relative's house and prepare it for sale. The property had little maintenance for over 30 years and required a thorough strip-out and clean, new kitchen and internal doors fitted, new blinds and carpets, regrouting of all tiled floors, repairing and repainting of all surfaces throughout. The outbuildings and yard needed a complete clean out.

Because of the distance between ourselves and Tamworth and pressing business commitments, we entrusted the complete process to Luke Anthony and the team at Xxtreme Cleaning.

After initial discussions they took on the whole project following only a broad outline of our requirements. We left all design and decoration decisions to them. Within a short period they made incredible progress and presented the finished house and grounds in an immaculate and up-to-date standard and ready for immediate sale.
